Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, WA, seeks a Clinical Pharmacist I to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient medication therapy and outcomes.

This full-time role requires a PharmD or equivalent and Washington licensure, with Basic Life Support (BLS) on hire; preferred experience includes hospital practice and a PGY1 residency.

Qualifications

• PharmD or Doctorate of Pharmacy required.
• Bachelor of Pharmacy also acceptable.
• Washington Pharmacist License required upon hire.
• Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license when eligible.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required where applicable.

Shift Available:

• Full time, Variable, 40 working hours weekly

Required Qualifications

• PharmD - Doctorate of Pharmacy or,
• Bachelor's Degree - Bachelor of Pharmacy.
• Washington Pharmacist License upon hire.
• When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license.
• Upon hire: Basic Life Support (BLS) (Facility Managed) - where applicable

Preferred Qualifications

• Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience
• Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
