Clinical Pharmacist - PHARMACOTHERAPY DEPT, Kadlec Regional Medical Center, Richland, WA
The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for assessing patient specific medications and clinical data in order to evaluate & monitor for safety, efficacy and pharmaco-economic optimization opportunities. In this role, the pharmacist may administer medications, monitor clinical data, educate patients, and provide general drug information to the healthcare team. This role works closely with the Clinical Pharmacy leadership through various projects aimed at improving the quality of care and personal professional growth and development.

Shift Details: Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Day shift
- PharmD in Doctorate of Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy. Or
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Bachelor of Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
- Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
