Job Summary

The CareAllies Clinical Pharmacist will play a key role in executing our strategic priorities focused on unlocking value and quality for physicians by reducing complexity of care and elevating clinical results.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy; Doctor of Pharmacy degree is strongly preferred.
  • Registered Pharmacist in good standing with a Pharmacy License in Tennessee.
  • Registered Pharmacist Preceptor in Tennessee.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in managed care and/or ambulatory care.
  • Experience working with the patient population in Nashville, Tennessee.
  • Completion of an ASHP-accredited Pharmacy PGY1 Residency program.
  • Strong communication skills to convey understanding of needs to various audiences.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and make timely decisions.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and operate effectively.
  • Ability to build informal relationship networks inside and outside the organization.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet objectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of CMS Medicare program and regulatory landscape.
  • Basic understanding of CMS quality improvement programs.

Pay Transparency:

We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health and wellness benefits, 401(k), pension, paid time off, parental leave, disability insurance, supplemental life insurance, employee assistance, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, and other incentives. The salary range is $100,000 - $180,700, depending on skills and experience. The role may include an annual incentive bonus.
