Job Summary

This position is responsible for activities related to the administration and management of pharmacy programs, including but not limited to:

1. Assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of a disease state formulary system.
2. Managing utilization management programs.
3. Overseeing specialty pharmacy management.
4. Conducting medication therapy management and supporting client relationships.
5. Developing innovative clinical programs.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Registered Pharmacist in the United States.
• Experience with window-based word processing, spreadsheet, and relational database software.
• Strong drug information skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of practice guidelines, practice parameters, pharmacoeconomics, quality improvement processes, and medication use evaluation principles.
• Ability to perform long periods of computer entry at a workstation.
• Skills to handle multiple priorities and communicate professionally to resolve issues.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in pharmacy practice.
• Additional certifications and residency experience.
• Managed care and/or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience.
• Experience with MTM, specialty pharmacy, or government programs.

This is a remote role: Must reside within 250 miles of the office or within the posted state.

$100,000.00 - $180,700.00
