A leading healthcare consulting firm seeks a Clinical Program Advisor to provide strategic clinical insights and exceptional customer service to clients. This remote role requires a PharmD and active pharmacy license along with strong communication skills to effectively manage client relationships and ensure clinical benefit requirements are met. Ideal candidates should have a background in various pharmacy settings and possess organizational skills for handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Intake Call Notes:
M-F 9-5 EST, can be adjusted if in a different time zone as long as client needs are met.
Training Schedule 4-6 weeks and builds weekly
This is fully remote, open to candidates across country but again, will generally support eastern but can be adjusted
Official title is Clinical Program Advisor
Minimum of 1 year work experience as a Pharmacist in retail, hospital, managed care, industry, etc.
Must have active Pharmacy License in any state and have a Pharm D degree
Understand client's existing clinical benefit and business philosophy to help avoid unnecessary clarifications Provide excellent customer service and act as a trusted client advisor Manages and tracks all requests to ensure timelines are met.
Work with internal partners to ensure all implications of requested clinical/benefit requirements are vetted, understood and communicated as necessary Develop a deep understanding of claims adjudication system and associated clinical applications Consult with team members, SMEs and specialized teams as necessary

Serve as business owner to necessary IT projects that involve clinical and drug coverage benefits. Accurately capture and document clinical benefit requirements in collaboration with IT partners
