Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist

Duties:

1. Intake Call Notes: M-F 9-5 EST, can be adjusted if in a different time zone as long as client needs are met.
2. Training Schedule: 4-6 weeks with weekly builds. Fully remote, open to candidates across the country, generally supporting eastern time but adaptable.
3. Official title is Clinical Program Advisor.
4. Minimum of 1 year work experience as a Pharmacist in retail, hospital, managed care, industry, etc.
5. Must have an active Pharmacy License in any state and a Pharm D degree.

Responsibilities:

1. Understand client's existing clinical benefit and business philosophy to help avoid unnecessary clarifications.
2. Provide excellent customer service and act as a trusted client advisor.
3. Manage and track all requests to ensure timelines are met.
4. Work with internal partners to ensure all clinical/benefit requirements are understood and communicated.
5. Develop a deep understanding of claims adjudication system and associated clinical applications.
6. Consult with team members, SMEs, and specialized teams as necessary.
7. Serve as business owner for IT projects involving clinical and drug coverage benefits.
8. Accurately capture and document clinical benefit requirements in collaboration with IT partners.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year work experience as a Pharmacist.
• Active Pharmacy License and Pharm D degree.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access.
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a remote environment.
• Attention to detail, kindness, patience, organizational skills, and customer service orientation.
• Preferred skills include experience with projects, translating complex ideas, and retail sales.

Language: English – Read, Write, Speak

Minimum Degree Required: Pharm D or equivalent professional degree.
