Piedmont seeks a licensed Pharmacist to provide patient-centered clinical pharmacy services in our hospital setting. You will support medication therapy management and collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to improve outcomes.
The role includes supervising Pharmacy Residents and Doctor of Pharmacy students, ensuring safety and optimal patient care. Georgia PHARMD license upon hire is required.

Provides clinical pharmacy services and education. Supervises and monitors all activities of the Pharmacy Residents and Doctor of Pharmacy Students. Performs all duties of a registered Pharmacist, including Patient Focused Care activities throughout the hospital to provide patients with optimal medication therapy.
