Job summary
Piedmont seeks a licensed Pharmacist to provide patient-centered clinical pharmacy services in our hospital setting. You will support medication therapy management and collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to improve outcomes.
The role includes supervising Pharmacy Residents and Doctor of Pharmacy students, ensuring safety and optimal patient care. Georgia PHARMD license upon hire is required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from ACPE-accredited school.
- Completion of a pharmacy practice residency or 2 years of clinical experience.
- PHARMD license in Georgia upon hire.
Responsibilities
- Provides clinical pharmacy services and education to patients.
- Supervises and monitors activities of Pharmacy Residents and Doctor of Pharmacy Students.
- Performs all duties of a registered Pharmacist including patient-focused care to optimize medication therapy.

Provides clinical pharmacy services and education. Supervises and monitors all activities of the Pharmacy Residents and Doctor of Pharmacy Students. Performs all duties of a registered Pharmacist, including Patient Focused Care activities throughout the hospital to provide patients with optimal medication therapy.
- Bachelor's Degree graduate of an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy or higher in Pharmacy Required
- Completion of a pharmacy practice residency or
- 2 years of clinical experience Required
- PHARMD - Licensed Pharmacist in the State of Georgia Upon Hire Required
