Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a licensed pharmacist to provide clinical pharmacy services and education across the hospital. The role involves delivering patient-focused care and collaborating with care teams to optimize medication therapy.

The position requires supervision of Pharmacy Residents and Doctor of Pharmacy Students, and ensures all pharmacist duties are conducted to support exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy (or higher).

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree graduate of an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy or higher in Pharmacy Required

Work Experience

• Completion of a pharmacy practice residency or
• 2 years of clinical experience Required

Licenses and Certifications

• PHARMD – Licensed Pharmacist in the State of Georgia Upon Hire Required
