Job summary

Amsect seeks a highly technical perfusionist to provide circulatory support for patients undergoing open-heart surgery and long-term cardiac/pulmonary support such as ECMO and ventricular assist devices. Work is performed independently under the supervision of the Chief Perfusionist. The role offers a 40-hour weekly schedule with on-call coverage.

Salary range is $63.97–$91.95 per hour. Requirements include graduation from an accredited Perfusion Technology program, BLS, and NC perfusion

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of Perfusion Technology.
• Certified Perfusionist or eligible to be certified by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion.
• BLS required.
• NC Perfusion License or Provisional License required.
• No prior experience required.
• Preferred: Preference given to candidates with experience.

Employees work independently under the general supervision of the Chief Perfusionist.
Work Schedule: 40 hours a week; This role is responsible for on-call coverage.

Salary Range: $63.97 - $91.95 per hour (Hiring Range). Pay offers are determined by experience and internal equity.
