Key Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite pathology and laboratory services to VA beneficiaries.
• Supervise and educate health profession trainees.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in VA electronic health records.
• Adhere to HIPAA, VA privacy, and infection control standards.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or territory.
• Board Certification by the American Board of Pathology.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.
• Completion of VA-mandated training and credentialing prior to start.
• U.S. citizenship and compliance with all federal employment eligibility requirements.
  
  

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 40 hours per week, including federal holidays
