Job summary

Equip Health is seeking a remote-based Sales/BD professional to lead territory development across the United States. You will build and nurture provider relationships, drive market engagement, and collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure impactful outreach.

Responsibilities include managing CRM-driven data, planning regional events, and collaborating with marketing and payor teams to expand market presence. A Bachelor’s degree and healthcare experience are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• ~2+ years in sales or business development, healthcare preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels.
• Comfortable working remotely with high autonomy and motivation.

Responsibilities

• Identify local sponsorship opportunities and represent Equip at conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• ~2+ years experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in healthcare.
• ~Strong interpersonal skills, relationship‑building expertise, and professional presence.
• ~Effective communication, rapport‑building, and influence at all organizational levels.
• ~Comfortable with remote work, high autonomy, and self‑motivation.

Work is performed 100% remotely with regular field travel required within assigned territory (up to 40%). Position requires being in‑market 2–3 days per week across a mix of local account visits (half or full days) and occasional overnight stays (approx. 2–4 overnights per month). Actual field time may vary based on assigned territory geography, account density, and business performance goals.

Must live in the assigned region with access to reliable transportation. This position requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards as well as to talk or hear by telephone.
