Job summary

Equip Health is a fully remote, physician-led eating disorder treatment program seeking a seasoned sales/business development professional to expand our provider network across the United States. You will build relationships, drive engagement with clinicians, and manage CRM-driven territory performance while collaborating with clinical leaders to ensure impactful outreach.

Responsibilities

• Create strategies for maximizing brand reach and provider relationships within a territory.
• Cultivate new relationships and nurture existing ones via video calls, in-person meetings, events, and educational presentations—often with clinical leaders to ensure impact.
• Manage data, outreach, and reports in a CRM to show territory performance and inform strategy.
• Plan and execute regional events to engage target professional audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing, clinical operations, and payor teams to penetrate new markets.
• Identify local sponsorship opportunities and represent Equip at conferences.

Responsibilities

• Create strategies for maximizing brand reach and provider relationships within a territory.

• Manage data, outreach efforts, and reports in a Customer Relationship Management to demonstrate territory performance, identify key areas for improvement, and inform future strategy.
• Effectively plan and execute regional events that drive engagement with the target professional audience.
• Work collaboratively with marketing, clinical operations, and payor partnership teams to effectively penetrate new markets.
• Identify local sponsorship opportunities and represent Equip at conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• ~2+ years experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in healthcare.
• ~Strong interpersonal skills, relationship‑building expertise, and professional presence.
• ~Effective communication, rapport‑building, and influence at all organizational levels.
• ~Comfortable with remote work, high autonomy, and self‑motivation.

Work is performed 100% remotely with regular field travel required within assigned territory (up to 40%). Position requires being in‑market 2–3 days per week across a mix of local account visits (half or full days) and occasional overnight stays (approx. 2–4 overnights per month). Actual field time may vary based on assigned territory geography, account density, and business performance goals.

Must live in the assigned region with access to reliable transportation. This position requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards as well as to talk or hear by telephone.
