Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Permanent Clinical Packaging Technician at our New Brunswick site. This hourly union role operates 7:00 am to 3:30 pm and requires CGMP knowledge with strict attention to safety and accuracy. You will prepare labeled packaging for clinical studies and ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.

The position emphasizes teamwork with union staff and a focus on quality documentation, SAP-based processes, and reliable processing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two year Associates degree or equivalent, or four years CGMP industry experience.
• Proficiency in computer programs/systems is essential.
• Training will be provided to ensure job responsibilities are met.

Responsibilities

• Filling, labeling, capping, and sealing a variety of containers for clinical studies and product registration.
• Assemble combination products/devices used in clinical studies with equipment.
• Perform in-process sampling and record data obtained during operations.
• Weigh or hand-count dosage forms and document results accurately.
• Inspect labels against proofs and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Document all steps and interface with SAP/Data collection systems for traceability.
• Perform product inspections using SAP or electromechanical equipment and calculate label/accountabilities.
• Escalate irregularities in procedures or equipment to supervision promptly.
• Prepare carriers/shipments and assist in qualification/validation of equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow GMP, SOPs, and safety rules.
