Job summary

Verbatim Pharma in Raleigh, NC seeks a Site Lead for its clinical packaging and labelling facility. You will oversee daily GMP operations, ensure QA compliance, and drive performance across production, warehouse and labeling activities.

Ideal candidates have hands-on GMP packaging/labeling experience, strong leadership, and proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams with Quality, Supply Chain and Project groups.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading teams in clinical packaging, labeling or pharma manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of GMP and regulated pharmaceutical operations.
• Experience supporting audits, inspections or quality investigations is useful.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations of a GMP clinical packaging and labeling facility.
• Manage warehouse, packaging and labeling activities to meet project timelines.
• Coach, mentor and develop production and warehouse personnel.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, SOPs and quality standards.
• Monitor productivity, workflow and resource planning across the site.
• Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Project Management and Customer Services.
• Support investigations, deviations, CAPAs and change controls as needed.
