Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree as listed or related field preferred.
• 1+ year in healthcare sales, outreach, referral development, admissions, marketing, or relationship-based sales preferred.
• Active book of business or local provider relationships preferred but not required unless assigned by leadership.
• CRM, route planning, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, spreadsheet, and email experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new referral sources including therapists, psychiatrists, hospitals, schools, and health orgs.
• Educate providers on services, clinical fit, outcomes, therapy process, and access to care.
• Conduct meals, in-person meetings, presentations, tours, and community outreach activities.
• Prioritize high-yield accounts and create daily/weekly/monthly outreach and admissions plans.
• Maintain provider contact lists, notes, follow-ups, and referral status in CRM.
• Collaborate with Admissions to support timely referral follow-up, provider updates, and smooth referrals.
• Collaborate with site leaders to understand program availability, census needs, and referrals.
• Identify provider objections and barriers to treatment, and route concerns to the appropriate owner.
• Participate in local events, open houses, and outreach campaigns as assigned.
• Adhere to company policies, confidentiality, and ethical referral practices.
• Report weekly/monthly activities including admits, leads, and events, budget vs spend.
