Philadelphia FIGHT Community Health Centers is seeking a dynamic licensed clinician (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) to provide behavioral health services in our Diana Baldwin Clinic. The role requires active PA licensure and a minimum of three years of mental health experience; we value collaboration, diversity, and evidence-based care.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM at 1211 Chestnut Street, 6th Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19107.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania license in LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• Experience with diverse populations and gender identity/sexual orientation issues.
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of up to 30 clients for weekly individual sessions.
• Provide a variety of interventions to support client needs.
• Collaboratively develop treatment plans every 6 months.
• Complete empirically validated assessments every 6 months.
• Participate in monthly administrative and clinical supervision meetings.
• Crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed.
• Document sessions and non-billable notes in EMR.

Job description

We are looking for a dynamic LCSW, LPC, or LMFT to provide quality behavioral health services in a small and supportive clinic. If you have previous experience working with non-profit agencies or with Federally Qualified Health Centers, we would like to meet you. A successful Clinical Outpatient Therapist will be creative, collaborative, and committed to providing sound therapeutic treatment to the patients we serve.

This is a full-time position. Applicants are expected to be actively licensed in the state of Pennsylvania and have 3 years of experience to be considered.

About the Role:

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday (9:00AM - 5:00PM)
• Location: Diana Baldwin Clinic, 1211 Chestnut Street, 6th Fl, Phila, PA 19107
• Compensation & Benefits:
  • FSLA status is exempt with an annual rate of $70-85K
  • 2 weeks of PTO annually + 11 paid holidays

Requirements:

• Current Pennsylvania license in Clinical Social Work (LCSW), Professional Counseling (LPC) and/or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• At least 3 years of experience in mental health treatment.
• Experience working with multiple diagnoses and gender identity/sexual orientation concerns.
• Experience working with diverse populations, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate with others as needed.
