Job summary

ComPsych is seeking a Clinical Research Analyst II to build and manage clinical outcomes and client experience measurement programs. You will design methodologies, administer surveys, and translate results into scorecards for leadership, connecting findings to provider network performance to drive service quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, public health, statistics, program evaluation, data science, or related field.
• 3+ years in program evaluation, health services research, or data-driven quality improvement.
• Experience with measurement-based care and patient-reported outcomes interpretation.
• Ability to extract and consolidate data from multiple sources and work with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Administer ongoing collection of clinical outcomes and client experience data across service lines.
• Own and administer the survey platform, including instrument design and data integrity.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources into a unified reporting structure.
• Define calculation methodologies for validated outcome measures and thresholds.
• Design scorecards and reporting frameworks to track clinical outcomes and experience.
• Maintain recurring reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Analyze trends to inform service delivery and research questions.
• Combine outcomes data with provider network performance to identify gaps.
• Collaborate on ad hoc research projects and thought leadership initiatives.
