Job summary

ComPsych is seeking a Clinical Research Analyst II to build and sustain the clinical outcomes and client experience measurement program. You will design methodologies, administer surveys, and translate results into scorecards for clinical and operations leadership, linking findings to provider network performance to drive service quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience with measurement-based care and patient-reported outcomes instruments.
• Strong skills in statistics and data interpretation in applied research.

Responsibilities

• Administer ongoing collection of clinical outcomes and client experience data across domestic and global service lines.
• Own and administer survey platform, design instruments, routing, and data integrity.
• Identify, gather, and consolidate data from multiple sources into a unified reporting structure.
• Define calculation methodologies for validated outcome measures and experience measures.
• Design scorecards and reporting frameworks to track outcomes and experience.
• Maintain a standard suite of recurring reports for leadership.
• Analyze trends and insights to inform service delivery and research questions.
• Combine outcomes data with provider performance to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Collaborate on ad hoc research projects and thought leadership.
• Support continuous improvement of clinical workflows and efficiency.
