Job Description Conduct electronic medical record abstraction services accurately and efficiently. Abstract information from electronic medical records into the electronic data capture tool. Ensure quality and accuracy testing is completed timely and follow HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements. Navigate through EHR databases proficiently, ensuring precise data extraction. Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain high standards of detail orientation.

***Critical Information***

Work schedule: M-F, 8-5, remote. Remote work environment, compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality. Must have high-speed internet access and familiarity with Teams.

***Education/Licenses Needed***
