Job summary

New Season Treatment Centers seeks an experienced supervisor to oversee clinicians, ensuring adherence to Local, State, and Federal regulations and CMG LP policies. You will collaborate with leadership to strengthen counseling skills and care quality for patients.

Responsibilities include QA reviews, accreditation prep, and supervising staff while maintaining compliant documentation and reporting. Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

Education/licensure requirements per state KY.
Understanding of Opioid Addiction and MAT services.
Must be computer literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google products.
Minimum of two years of management experience; one year in substance abuse or related field.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with Local, State, Federal, and Colonial Management Group rules and budgets.
Provide or assist with quarterly quality assurance reviews.
Assist in achieving accreditation status and prepare for surveys/inspections.
Provide clinical supervision to staff and review documentation.
Document patient progress through counseling and groups; report abuse or neglect as required.
Participate in staff meetings and community relations activities.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2; ensure proper licensure/certification.
