Job summary

The University of Miami/UHealth department of Neurology invites applications for a Full Time Clinical Business Operations Representative 2 on the UHealth Medical Campus. This role blends clinical support and administrative duties to ensure smooth patient flow and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities include handling incoming calls, triaging requests, coordinating physician schedules, protecting patient privacy, and managing VIP/international appointments while supporting the faculty's

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
• Attention to accurate data entry with minimal errors.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, triage, and follow-through on messages and information requests from patients and internal/external customers.
• Coordinate physician inpatient on-call schedule and outpatient clinic.
• Schedule and coordinate the physicians’ clinical schedule and VIP/international appointments.
• Work with clinical operations staff to align faculty clinical and academic/administrative activities.
• Maintain patient records and data in UChart and handle related documentation.
