Job summary

Outcomes® offers a full-time Clinical Operations Resident position in West Des Moines, IA. This residency focuses on MTM program administration and teaching pharmacists to provide patient-focused medication therapy management that improves quality and controls costs.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining rules for the Insight™ Clinical Engine, implementing programs per CMS guidelines, and co-managing clients.

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Eligible for pharmacist licensure in the United States and must be licensed within 120 days of hire date.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently while managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain rules for the Insight™ Clinical Engine.
• Implement and maintain clinical programs in accordance with clinical guidelines and CMS regulations.
• Co-manage clients from a clinical perspective, including attending calls and assisting with follow-ups.
• Manage the creation of Feature Interventions.
• Complete a project and present the final analysis at the IPA Annual Meeting and the IPA Advance Practice Forum.
