Director of Clinical Services - Central California - Hybrid Position

Location: Hybrid – Remote & In-Person (California)

Schedule: Full-Time

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Experience Required:Licensed Behavior Analyst for a minimum of 2 years

We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Clinical Director to join our leadership team. This full-time hybrid role oversees regional clinical operations, provides training and supervision, and supports our growth initiatives. The Clinical Director plays a key role in hiring, staff development, program oversight, and quality assurance to ensure excellence in clinical care.

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (minimum 2 years of licensure)
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Efficient in planning, budgeting and forecasting
  • Experience in reporting and administration
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Committed to high-quality care and team collaboration

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Oversight

  • Maintain a minimum of 40 billable hours per month (averaged quarterly) through activities such as audits, oversight, and clinical service coverage
  • Conduct and assign FBAs and support expanding regional needs
  • Support clinical staff with caseload utilization and service hour management
  • Provide overlapping services for parent training, direct services, and social skills as needed
  • Mentor and supervise BCBAs and Clinical Supervisors, including onboarding, performance evaluations, and training
  • Lead regular meetings and contribute to agenda creation for clinical staff
  • Address performance concerns and implement improvement plans where needed
  • Collaborate on curriculum development for ABA Support, Social Skills, and Technician Training
  • Oversee new hire training, including 30/60/90-day check-ins and competency reviews

Administrative & Operational Duties

  • Assign clients to appropriate clinical staff within designated timelines
  • Communicate with funders, schools, and internal teams professionally and promptly
  • Support hiring efforts and staffing projections for assigned region(s)
  • Attend required internal meetings and community-based events

Quality Assurance

  • Conduct regular audits on clinical documentation and service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with insurance and company standards
