Job summary

ReKlame Health is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to own daily clinical and care operations and unlock leadership capacity as we scale. This NYC-based role is also open to fully remote at the lower end of the range, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed to support care delivery.

Your time will be split across daily/weekly operations, project work, people management of an offshore care operations team, and process/quality improvement, driving measurable outcomes.

We seek a Clinical Operations Manager to own our daily clinical and care operations and unlock meaningful leadership capacity as we scale. Reporting directly to the Head of Clinical Operations, you'll oversee the care operations team, keep our operational workflows running smoothly, and drive project work that moves our clinical operations metrics. This is a full-time role, NYC-based (strongly preferred) or fully remote at the lower end of the range, with flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends as needed to support care delivery.

Your time will roughly break down as: 30% daily and weekly operations, 40% project-based work, 20% people management, and 10% process and quality improvement.

Some of your key responsibilities include

• Daily & weekly operations (30%): Own the daily rhythm of clinical and care operations — monitoring queues, appointment flow, and patient touchpoints, and stepping in to unblock issues in real time. Run recurring check-ins and reporting, and serve as the escalation point for day-to-day operational questions.




• Project-based work (40%): Lead operational projects end-to-end — scoping, planning, executing, and measuring impact. Design and implement new workflows, tooling, and process improvements that scale care delivery, partnering cross-functionally with clinical, product, and growth teams.




• People management (20%): Manage and develop the offshore care operations team — setting expectations, coaching, and driving performance. Build a culture of ownership and accountability, and handle scheduling, coverage, and capacity planning to support reliable care delivery.




• Process & quality improvement (10%): Document and maintain SOPs so operations are repeatable, auditable, and easy to onboard into, and lead continuous-improvement efforts that raise the bar over time.
