Job summary

Ellie Mental Health in Columbus, GA is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations, culture, and performance. This role blends administrative duties with maintaining an active client caseload, reporting to the Clinic Director and collaborating with the team.

The ideal candidate will have an active Georgia license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT), 5+ years of clinical therapy and leadership experience, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related behavioral health field
• Active, independent Georgia clinical license such as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
• 5+ years of clinical therapy experience preferred
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active clinical caseload and meet established billable hour expectations
• Support clinic operations, performance, and administrative processes
• Triage staff questions and connect team members with appropriate resources
• Troubleshoot issues involving Valant, ADP, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and billing
• Support hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and staffing needs
• Partner with clinic leadership on culture-building activities and team engagement
• Co-facilitate clinic meetings and consultation groups
• Maintain documentation related to meetings and consultation
• Support implementation of organizational policies and procedures
• Serve as a backup for the Clinic Director when needed
• Perform other duties that support the clinic and its mission
