Job summary

Eden Pharmacy in Albuquerque, NM seeks an Operational leader to manage clinical documentation and systems, ensuring accuracy, version control, and audit readiness across monographs, C of A reports, dosing protocols, and SOPs.

You will partner with Medical, Pharmacy, and Compliance to standardize updates, drive end-to-end workflows, and support new product launches from a documentation perspective in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent.
  • 3–7 years in healthcare operations, clinical documentation, or pharmacy support.
  • Familiarity with clinical terminology, medication protocols, and health system workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Own the centralized repository for monographs, C of A reports, dosing protocols, and physician SOPs with version control.
  • Coordinate with Medical, Pharmacy, and Compliance to standardize new protocols and updates.
  • Lead end-to-end workflows for protocol updates and document rollouts with minimal supervision.

You'll own documentation workflows, version control, and cross-functional updates with internal teams and pharmacy partners.
