You'll own documentation workflows, version control, and cross-functional updates with internal teams and pharmacy partners. You're the operational owner of that clarity, ensuring every downstream patient touchpoint is grounded in accurate clinical data.What You'll OwnClinical Documentation & SystemsOwn the centralized repository for monographs, C of A reports, dosing protocols, and physician SOPs, with version control and change logsServe as the primary point of contact between medical partners, pharmacy partners, and internal telehealth opsPartner with Medical, Pharmacy, and Compliance to standardize new protocols and clinical updatesCross-Functional Coordination & Project ManagementBridge Medical Ops, Pharmacy Ops, and external partners to keep clinical alignment current across Google Drive, Notion, or AirtableOwn recurring workflows — protocol updates, document rollouts — end to end, with minimal supervisionSupport new-product launches from a documentation standpoint and close execution gaps before they create riskCompliance & Audit SupportPrepare documentation for internal QA and external regulatory auditsCoordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory whenever updates are requiredSuccess MetricsDocumentation Currency: 100% of active clinical documents on current version with logged historyAudit Readiness: full documentation package assembled within 48 hours of any requestTurnaround: protocol updates completed within SLA, no missed stakeholder follow-upsWhat You BringRequiredBachelor's degree in a related field (Public Health, Biology, Nursing, Chemistry, Health Sciences)3–7 years in healthcare operations, clinical documentation, or pharmacy supportFamiliarity with clinical terminology, medication protocols, and health system workflowsSelf-starter, comfortable owning projects independently in Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, or similarPreferredTelehealth or pharmacy-ops experience; exposure to GLP-1s, metabolic health, or compoundingEMR implementation experience; background in 503A/503B compoundingFamiliarity with FDA, NABP, or medical-legal review processesFirst 90 DaysAudit the current documentation landscape for version-control gaps and build relationships with Medical, Pharmacy, and ComplianceOwn the centralized repository end to end and run one full audit-readiness pass with no critical gapsStand up a repeatable workflow for protocol updates and support at least one product launchCompensation & BenefitsThe expected annual base salary range for this role is $65,000–$110,000, plus equity, comprehensive health benefits, and a flexible remote/hybrid schedule.
