Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Madison, WI is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to guide both clinical and operational aspects of service delivery. You will lead daily operations, manage staffing, and ensure KPIs are met while preserving patient safety and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, supervision, training, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to support high‑quality patient care and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social services or related field with active state licensure.
• Minimum four (4) years of direct clinical care experience; two (2) years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day program execution across all operations.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Ensure program KPIs are met and maintain high quality outcomes.
• Maintain a safe, compliant care environment in collaboration with support teams.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize program results.
• Participate in on‑call coverage as needed for urgent issues and staffing gaps.
