Job summary

Kuresmart seeks an Assistant Director of Clinical Operations to support monitoring, coordination, and evaluation of operational activities in the designated market. You will collaborate with stakeholders on clinical and non-clinical policies, and may perform duties of the Director in their absence.

You will assist in maintaining staffing levels, ensure compliance with regulatory bodies, and help implement strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2+ years of management in health care.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with Joint Commission, AAHC, or CMS standards.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong customer service.
• Ability to lead teams and work both independently and in a group.
• Flexible schedule and stress management in health care settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director in researching new technologies and trends.
• Maintain appropriate non-provider clinical staffing levels.
• Develop strategies for clinical and non-clinical department coordination.
• Ensure policy compliance and keep staff informed of changes.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and liaise with compliance teams.
• Oversee outside services and infection control resources as needed.
• Support quality relations, including MHCC and CDC liaison when required.
• Plan meetings for surgery center compliance and document them accurately.
