Job summary

Providence Facey Medical Foundation seeks an Associate Manager to lead the development and implementation of management and patient care systems, ensuring cost-efficient, high-quality operations across the site.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, focusing on patient care delivery, staffing, budgeting, and capital and human resource allocation, while fostering a patient-centered, respectful team culture.

Qualifications

• 2 years Supervisory and/or management experience within a healthcare environment, medical group office, or outpatient facility.
• Experience developing key relationships within an integrated delivery system such as hospital, health plan and support departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of management and patient care systems to assure cost-effective and quality operations.
• Oversee day-to-day operations with emphasis on patient care delivery, high quality customer service, patient satisfaction, staffing, budgeting and efficient allocation of capital and human resources.
• May oversee the entire site workflows functions within Facey Medical Foundation.
