Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or technical field; practical experience accepted.
• 4+ years of direct clinical operations or trial management experience.
• Direct experience drafting study documents (protocols, ICFs) and managing eTMF systems.
• Strong SME work experience within cross-functional project or product teams.

Responsibilities

• Author critical study documents including protocols and ICFs.
• Implement study operational plans and QA frameworks (IQRMP, Study Monitoring Plan).
• Serve as primary site contact; manage site operations, deviations, AE evaluations, and IRB reporting; oversee eTMFs for GCP compliance.
• Support research agenda and manage timelines from inception to publication.
• Collaborate with Research/EvGen/Clinical Quality teams on projects advancing evidentiary claims.
