The Clinical Operations Manager serves as a dedicated functional expert within a cross-functional (XFN) team, contributing specific subject matter expertise (SME) to ensure operational execution of clinical studies. This role focuses directly on driving core operational milestones, clinical study documentation, and compliance frameworks from study design through study closeout. The Clinical Operations Manager owns critical study documentation, risk management strategy, site selection and qualification, monitoring oversight, and safety/deviation workflows from study start-up through to study close-out, collaborating within cross-functional teams to drive successful end-to-end study execution.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $119,000 - $179,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
