Job summary

AppleGate Recovery, a division of BayMark Health Services, is seeking a Full Time Clinical Coordinator to oversee patient care, ensure quality standards, and supervise staff in a multi-site opioid use disorder treatment network. The role emphasizes intake, follow-up, records accuracy, and regulatory compliance across Federal and State guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the behavioral health field preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health care and substance use treatment.
• Advanced knowledge in care management for patients in treatment facilities.
• Maturity, leadership, and counseling principles knowledge.
• Ability to enforce company policies on finances and operations.
• Strong writing, spelling, grammar, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of computer operations and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance of quality care.
• Monitor treatment of all patients.
• Maintain current clinical records by staff.
• Conduct internal program and patient records reviews and educational counseling.
• Assess training needs with the Program Director and report them.
• Ensure staff compliance with Federal and State regulations.
• Attend conferences, meetings and trainings as directed.
• Provide intake/readmission services and follow-up calls.
• Provide crisis intervention and referral to higher care when needed.
• Develop professional relationships and lead clinic tasks for stability.
• Participate in community and public relations activities.
• Collect patient program fees and ensure clinic financial accountability.
