  • Present reasons for specific improvements in client processes.
  • Coordinate with the Sales division to handle client and clinician situations.
  • Provide primary clinical support to assigned clients.
  • Respond urgently to customer concerns affecting assignment completion.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of internal and external policies.
  • Troubleshoot assignment issues with clinicians, clients, and departments.
  • Provide oversight to the performance evaluation process.
