Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Lead workgroups for Managed Services Provider account implementations.
- Present reasons for specific improvements in client processes.
- Coordinate with the Sales division to handle client and clinician situations.
- Provide primary clinical support to assigned clients.
- Respond urgently to customer concerns affecting assignment completion.
- Demonstrate knowledge of internal and external policies.
- Troubleshoot assignment issues with clinicians, clients, and departments.
- Provide oversight to the performance evaluation process.
