North Shore Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee daily operations for our home health and hospice teams in Central Wisconsin. This leadership role ensures quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and efficient case management across field clinicians and staff.

The position requires RN licensure in Wisconsin, supervisory experience, and strong communication skills. Travel within Wisconsin will be necessary as part of the role.

Formación

• Registered nurse with WI license; Bachelor's preferred.
• Two years in home health care or hospice; supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with EMR and healthcare software; CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations for home health and hospice teams.
• Ensure timely completion of assessments, care plans, and documentation.
• Coordinate patient care and ensure regulatory compliance and quality.
• Lead staff recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with physicians and referral sources; participate in audits and surveys.
