Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years pharma/biotech/clinical research experience.
• Master’s degree with 3+ years pharma/biotech/clinical research experience.
• Experience designing, initiating and managing phase 1–4 clinical trials.
• Experience managing CROs and clinical trial vendor selection.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
• Subject matter expert in US and global Regs/Guidance (SOPs, ICH-GCP, FDA-CFR).

Responsibilities

• Track portfolio/program/study progress and create/update dashboards for Senior Management.
• Assess data to detect trends/outliers and direct resources to fix issues early.
• Develop and track KPIs for clinical operations and vendor performance.
• Support program-level meetings: setup, minutes, and action follow-ups.
• Create enrollment forecasting and budget planning templates for trials.
• Assist with study documents/eTMF support and inspections readiness.
• Represent clinically at hypercare and S&OP; contribute to Iovance Platform.
