Family First Health seeks a Clinical Supervisor for a full-time position at our George Street York location. The role leads Patient Care Teams, ensures timely chart prep and huddles, and oversees provider schedules to optimize clinic flow.

The ideal candidate holds an active Pennsylvania LPN or RN license (or Medical Assistant diploma) and has strong supervisory, training, and interdepartmental collaboration skills to maintain high-quality patient care across the service areas.

Formación

• Active Pennsylvania license for LPN or RN, or completion of a Medical Assistant diploma.
• Ability to oversee patient flow and clinic teams.
• Experience in supervisory clinical roles preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees patient flow and provider pace with supervision of Patient Care Teams.
• Supervises clinical staff recruitment, onboarding, performance management and attendance.
• Ensures compliance with clinical standing orders and documentation.
• Coordinates staff training and development.
• Collaborates with site team to meet productivity and patient care goals.
• Attends key organizational meetings and supports other supervisors as needed.
