Job summary

Ellie Mental Health in North Wales—Lansdale is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead our outpatient clinic operations, staff performance, and community impact in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.

You will partner with the Clinic Director to recruit, onboard 10–20 therapists, manage caseloads, and drive outreach, marketing, and referrals to grow the clinic’s presence. This in-person role requires PA licensure and strong leadership in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a mental health discipline.
• Active PA license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) with clinical supervision experience.
• Proven leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Experience managing outpatient mental health clinics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations, staff performance, and community impact.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training for therapists to meet staffing goals.
• Drive outreach, marketing, and referral partnerships to expand the clinic’s presence.
• Manage KPIs, billing queues, and clinical documentation with Clinic Director.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture and ensure quality care.
