Job summary

The role involves participation in hospital committees, development of order sets and therapeutic care plans, and oversight of infusion center

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist required
• Experience in oncology pharmacy preferred
• Team collaboration and committee participation valued

Responsibilities

• Counsel patients and families on medication use and safety
