Qualifications

• Able to follow oral and written instructions.
• Training, knowledge and experience enabling supervision of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, treatment and rehabilitative services to patients with injury or disability.
• Deliver services consistent with physical medicine and occupational therapy modalities.
• Observe, evaluate treatment effects and discuss with staff and rehabilitation leadership.
• Monitor and document resident treatment and response.
• Contribute to teaching plans based on identified learning needs, involving family as appropriate.
• Ensure documentation standards and facility policies are followed.
