Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license (or in the process of obtaining licensure).
• Thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate children ages 0-18 for fine motor development, visual motor skills, sensory processing and modulation, executive functioning, and other areas impacting daily activities
• Assess the impact of developmental challenges on activities of daily living (ADLs), education, play, leisure, sleep, and social participation
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs
• Collaborate closely with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members to maximize outcomes
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions in a pediatric outpatient setting
• Maintain professional competencies, ethical standards, clinical documentation, and state licensure requirements
