PediaStaff is excited to partner with a leading pediatric therapy provider seeking passionate Occupational Therapists to join their growing team in New Albany, IN. You’ll evaluate and treat children 0–18 with physical, developmental, and psychosocial needs, collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team, and enjoy flexible

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license (or in the process of obtaining licensure).
• Thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate children ages 0-18 for fine motor development, visual motor skills, sensory processing and modulation, executive functioning, and other areas impacting daily activities.
• Assess the impact of developmental challenges on activities of daily living (ADLs), education, play, leisure, sleep, and social participation.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
• Collaborate closely with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members to maximize outcomes.
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions in a pediatric outpatient setting.
• Maintain professional competencies, ethical standards, clinical documentation, and state licensure requirements.
