Qualifications

• Must have a Degree in Occupational Therapy and current state license.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat facility patients/residents needing OT services.
• Review medical information and conduct screenings to determine need.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Implement plans through direct treatment and staff education.
• Supervise OT staff and rehab aides; ensure proper training.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and facility information.
• Maintain accurate billing information daily per procedures.
• Participate in interdisciplinary and family meetings as appropriate.
• Adhere to documentation requirements and facility policies.
• Engage in continuing education for professional growth.
