About The Role

As a CBRE Occupancy Planner, you will provide space planning, data mining, reporting, and interpretation of space planning metrics for small to medium-sized clients. This role is part of the Moves, Additions and Changes function, responsible for building space design, construction, and moving services.

What You'll Do

• Review space requirements and provide conceptual plans and recommendations.
• Assist with creating block or stack plans and move lists.
• Produce drawings and presentations for internal and client meetings.
• Collaborate on move and relocation sequencing and execution.
• Attend client meetings, draft minutes, and acquire approvals.
• Validate occupancy metrics through space walks.
• Maintain occupancy data in the system of record.
• Prepare forecasts and analyze space planning trends.
• Conduct interviews with clients to gather project requirements.
• Coordinate with architectural vendors and manage permits.
• Facilitate post-occupancy reviews and support.
• Apply standard principles with limited practical experience.
• Model behaviors aligned with CBRE RISE values.
• Work within procedures to meet objectives.
• Communicate clearly and ask questions for understanding.
