Thomas Cuisine is seeking a compassionate Clinical Dietitian to lead nutrition care at our Great Falls site. The Clinical Nutrition Manager will oversee patient nutrition, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support a trauma center environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
• Current BLS Certification.
• ServSafe Certification.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

• Complete nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide nutrition interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams during care conferences and discharge planning.
• Recommend and manage therapeutic, enteral, and parenteral nutrition plans.
• Educate patients, families, and healthcare staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and therapeutic diet standards.
• Support patient satisfaction through collaboration with dining services.
• Mentor dietetic interns, students, and new team members.
• Contribute ideas and best practices that enhance patient satisfaction and the overall nutrition care experience.

Clinical Nutrition Manager | Location: Great Falls, MT 59405

Compensation: $90,000-$100,000 annually + 5% performance bonus DOE

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday generally
• Call schedules weekends and holidays

• Join a team of 4 FTE's inpatient, 1 FTE LTC equates to approximately 8 ppl. CNM includes responsibilities in the Teaching Kitchen as well that does not have a dedicated FTE.

You’ll provide nutrition care for hospitalized acute care level 1 trauma center- inpatients, helping patients navigate a variety of medical conditions and nutrition-related challenges throughout their recovery journey.
