Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, evaluate, and oversee staff education programs, including orientation, competencies, in-service, continuing education, and the Pediatric RD Residency Program.
• Coordinate, supervise, and evaluate dietetic interns, students, and nutrition fellows on pediatric rotations and visits.
• Develop, revise, and implement hospital-wide parenteral and enteral nutrition support programs.
• Support departmental and hospital-wide initiatives to improve outcomes in Clinical Nutrition.
• Ensure compliance with standards, guidelines, laws, and requirements of regulatory, credentialing, and professional organizations.
• May provide direct patient care.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Nutrition & Dietetics or a closely related field.
• At least six years of progressive dietetic experience, including four years in pediatric nutrition, with project management and leadership skills. Experience with parenteral and enteral nutrition competency programs is a plus.
• Registration as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Massachusetts licensure as a licensed Dietitian.
• Certified Nutrition Support Clinician at the time of hire.
