Responsibilities

• Customize patient household snack requirements and assist with menu selections.
• Enter orders into the computer and ensure meals align with diet orders.
• Prepare meals during service and verify tray accuracy against meal tickets.
• Conduct monthly tray tests and weekly environment rounds.
• Train staff on culinary requirements and dietary guidelines.
• Monitor patient dietary requirements and ensure proper hygiene and safety standards.
