Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections for MNT via AYS.
• Input physician MNT orders and allergy information in Computrition/Epic.
• Answer the patient menu line and relay messages as needed.
• Troubleshoot patient meal problems with referral to a registered dietitian.
• Maintain reports such as NAPS and meal counts.
• Ensure correct menu item selection for MNT on AYS according to patient needs.
• Prepare patient nourishments and enteral nutrition products per HACCP guidelines.
• Stock office supplies and maintain workspace organization.
