Job summary

Allegheny Health Network in Pittsburgh is seeking an experienced registered nurse in a leadership role to direct professional nursing care across assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.

You will coordinate unit operations, ensure appropriate staffing, mentor staff, and maintain compliance with HIPAA and hospital policies. Requires PA RN license and BSN; leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.
• Current PA RN license or multi-state eNLC licensure.
• BSN preferred for advanced clinical practice.
• Minimum clinical experience with leadership aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversees data related to quality and satisfaction measures.
• Serves as clinical expert and role model; mentors staff.
• Demonstrates strong communication to achieve outcomes.
