A current RN license, BSN preferred, and 2 years of clinical nursing with 1 year in leadership are desired.

Qualifications

• Current state Registered Nurse license.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS on hire and maintain current.
• ACLS on hire and maintain current.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support department staff during shifts.
• Coordinate with unit Director/Manager on operations.
• Oversee staff training and orientation.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and quality standards.
• Direct patient care as needed within scope of practice.
