• ACLS certification preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience in a hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate clinical operations.
• Perform regular rounds on all nursing units and provide feedback to Nurse Managers.
• Lead during hospital codes as required.
• Address concerns from staff, patients, families and physicians using established systems.
• Collaborate with unit staff and Nurse Managers to ensure adequate staffing.
• Facilitate collaboration between Nursing and Medical Staff and support policy dissemination.

Position OverviewUnited Health Services (UHS) is seeking a Clinical Nursing Supervisor to join its team and provide leadership and oversight in a patient care setting. This role is responsible for supervising nursing staff, coordinating clinical operations, and ensuring high standards of patient care and safety. The Clinical Nursing Supervisor plays a key role in supporting staff development, implementing best practices, and promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.Ideal candidates will bring strong clinical expertise, effective communication skills, and a passion for mentoring others in a healthcare setting. This position requires a current registered nurse (RN) license, relevant clinical experience, and previous supervisory or leadership experience.
